Please can you mention how to build libevhtp on windows 64 bit. I have tried cmake gui after opening project on VS2017 it says it cannot find pthread.h or sys/time.h and sys/ioctl.h why it is going in search of linux files? Cannot find anything related to windows in code for included files. Any help would be appreciated. Thanking in advance
