Git status not properly represented #19

When using "-D" flag, files are marked as "modified," but the "git status" command shows that the working tree is clean.

I've confirmed that this is true for any of the local branches on my machine.

Version: 1.3.6
OS: Ubuntu 20.04 on WSL2
