Port to Visual Studio Code

I'm a heavy afterglow user and recently switched to VS Code as my main editor. Is there any interest in porting to VS Code?

Since this repo has been stagnant for a while, a few of us have created a new organization to handle requests like these. If you feel like contributing to this effort, I think we can probably create a second repo for a VS Code port.
