Temporary failure in name resolution

Describe the bug
When I open the admin page of my yourls page (admin/index.php) it gives this error:

Incorrect DB config, or could not connect to DB
PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Temporary failure in name resolution

To Reproduce
0. Install YOURLS

1. Go to the admin page
2. See error

Expected behavior
It should open the admin page like normal.

Actual behavior
It gives the error above.

My private/public setting is set to private (only admin panel).
