Safari側の問題かも

コレは、関係なかったpreview版をインストールしてみたらたしかにワーニングは消えたが、表題の問題は残っていたので、ワーニングとは無関係であることが判明。

上記で、Safariの場合は、都度videoタグを削除するようにした。これも #2 に関連する気がする。ローディングが都度発生するので無駄が多いが、とりあえず解決。
