When I am looking for courses, I want to be able to find courses that fit the COMM intensive requirement so that I can chose my courses faster

Sub Task List:

  • Represent tags in postgresql db in class table
  • Augment listings to show tags
  • Augment search to allow searching by tags

There is already a tagging system in the database which I set up a couple year ago
