having a problem where it will just infinity load not allowing me to download anything at all

i have tried using HTML to get info but no luck
it has all its permissions to work

If you try to inspect the extension, do you see any error?
Do you use a special mean to access the website?

Wait feck me its not working in private Browsing but it does work in normal browsing

Ah indeed, looks like the issue only happens on Firefox too, not sure what the problem is

so... the problem seems to be a NullPointerException ^^
TypeError: chrome.extension.getBackgroundPage() is null at preview.js:1:10687
best guess: preview.ts:30 and preview.ts:31 the chrome.extension.getBackgroundPage does just not work. apparently it is null if the background window is not running? see docs.
Its seems to be a known bug in firefox (mostly private mode) and messages are the solution.

Sadly i have no idea about development of extensions. I am still trying to figure out how the extension is working...
