Simplify the START menu by moving some options.
The new layout could be:

RetroDECK Configurator
ES-DE Configurations (inside: Sound Settings, Input Settings, Other Settings, Game Collection Settings, Utilities)
Scraper
Quit RetroDECK

We need to evaluate how much is this maintainable.
