LOOP CODE VERIFICATION AND DO NOT INSTALL VERSION 64

IN 32 VERSION

It asks for verification by the site forever whenever you open a movie file.
install versions
vlc-3.0.4-win32
TraktForVLC_2.0.0a2_windows_x86
TraktForVLC_2.0.0a2.dev19.g7851368_windows_x86 (same happens)

IN 64 VERSION
try to install and never open anything
I try admin mode, disable antivirus, disable firewall
nothing happens when opening the 64 installer (any version)
my system is win 8.1 64x

I'm on linux, but everytime I open I vlc it asks for the verification at the site. Very annoying!

For some reason I'm getting the loop as well but with the 64 bit version
