Working with cashe

I have a question: When content of trakt_cache.js begins to submit - when vlc is running and online or when it plays some video with it? Before it was made successfully scrobble watched with it (was one movie). But now i try to submit more movies, which i made scrobbled (if believe of content js file) offline. Nothing happens - no one movie, marked in rakt_cache.js as scrobbled, doesn't show in trakt.tv site as a scrobbled. When i play some online, there are red ribbon as scrobbling in progress. There are cashe file:

TraktForVLC will try to add to history things that should have been scrobbled, first at start of VLC, then every few minutes.
