开通xx-net后，貌似只能浏览器翻墙访问，有没有办法命令行下也能正常翻墙？

开通xx-net后，浏览器能正常翻墙。
但是我现在需要从github拉取代码。在命令行下ping github.com，无法ping通。
有没有办法使得在命令行下也能正常翻墙？
