FEAT: Sortable plugin list that dictates search result priority

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As noticed in this github issue #1608 , it can be hard to navigate to custom selected folders because the Everything plugin is searched first. It appears that results in Wox are prioritized by plugin name.

Describe the solution you'd like
Changing the plugin list in the settings so that items are rearrangeable. Then using the order of this list to determine the order in which results are shown on search.
