altUnits and scaleFactor not read in correctly from tour file

When using the live web client and trying to use the following tour file:

if I go to the layer properties for the four custom layers added here, the altitude units are not set but should be set to Parsec (based on AltUnit="8" in the XML):

and the scale factor for the size should be set to 15 or 35 depending on the layer (based on ScaleFactor="15" in the XML), but it's set to 1:

The other layer properties appear to be read correctly.
