Improve file upload errors scenario creation #83

When you:

add a new scenario to an existing project
choose to upload a file instead of clone
upload something other than an OSM file (eg. CSV)

we present the following message:

However, it is not clear what to do next.

That's kind of an unrecoverable error. You have to delete the project and create a new one. I guess this fixes itself once we have better validation.
