Failed to run the application on Ubuntu 18.04, 20.04

I was trying to follow the readme file to run this application, but could not manage to run it. Almost all the time, provisioning using ansible was failed.
My system information base on my last time attempt is foloowing

Vagrant 2.2.9
OS: Ubuntu 20.04
vagrant-hostmanager (1.8.9)
ansible 2.5.0
Python 3.5.10

Celery and database instance was provisioned successfully but app provisioning was failed

According to the current readme file, we can use Ansible 1.8 or greater but ansible 1did not work for me (has issues to run playbook) and with theansible 2.5.0` it was possible to make the best progress so far.
Can anyone point me to the correct readme file? or point me how can run this project on my development machine?
