display prefix/folder names with "special" characters correctly

either check for certain characters and only allow specific ones (at least via GUI), or - even better - display all prefix no mater what characters are used, correctly.

i used the winetricks GUI to create a prefix with e.g. spaces ( ) and everything seem to work fine (even the folder is created with the correct name), but if you restart winetricks, the prefix gets chopped up in the list to choose. and with an apostrophe (') in the name, it gets kind of funky... with a line named "FALSE" to choose (but still, the folder is created with the correct name).
