only specific folders for Backup

I have the same problem. Even when the server is down, it takes an extremely long time to make a backup

New to WindowsGSM and I haven't looked into plugin development yet but I wonder if there's a need to allow for plugins to define the files/directories to backup.

If nothing is specified then backup the game server directory by default (current implementation).
