Setting affinity on 13900K's Core 31 crashes WindowsGSM #172

Describe the bug
When toggling ON the CPU 31 affinity of the server, it crashes the application.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Set Affinity'
  2. Click on 'CPU 31'
  3. The application crashes

Expected behavior
Affinity is set properly
