ERROR with the Sourcemod + MetaMod Plugin

When I install the plugin on a csgo server it throws me [ERROR] Exit Code: -1073741819, I looked everywhere but I couldn't find information about the problem, it's something strange since when starting the server without the mod it does it correctly, at the same time When installing it, it says that it fails to start and the error already mentioned above.

I already made others server but this is the first time it happens

Sourcemod (1.10) is outdated in the latest WindowsGSM release. Temporary fix would be to download sourcemod+metamod 1.11 stable builds and replace in serverfiles.
