These spells have their recast times extracted as 52 seconds, when in fact they are 180 seconds. It looks like we might be missing a bit.

Indeed, 180 & 0x7F == 52; at least one bit is getting masked off.

I printed out every byte of the entry and can't find the recast. It occurs to me that SE doesn't actually need to give us the spell's recast in the .dats, and thus it might not be correct.
