Spells & Abilities no longer is being read correctly.

String Tables > Common > Spells & Abilities

The fix that was pushed for this caused other item viewing to break.

It seems every .dat is opening with the spell & ability info format...

Does anyone know which DLL and the offset is responsible for loading that .dat? I could do a fix if that was the case.
