Stuck in a glitch or somewhere between the map

I recently installed windower I'm an entirely new user. Never used it before, but I like it alot.
When I use windower the game doesnt display the city. I can see npc's, players, and currently christmas trees. I also cannot move.

This problem was not there when I use Ashita. I would like to fix the problem.
Any suggestions?

Are you using a controller?
What addons/plugins are you using? (if any?)
Are you using any dat mods?

I'm using gear swap. as an addon and I'm also using HD FFXI
