Multi rocktree support:

Multi-user as well as global trees
Multiple versions of lua
Multiple architectures if supported by the platform

User Interface Requirements

Provide browser window/tab to show web links
All std output should be re*directed into an output window
Target is Windows 10+, should be readily cross platform

Non-LuaRocks Functionality Requirements

Interface for configuring compilers
Path and LUA_PATH management tool
