认证地址都已经改成OpenIddict的authserver的地址。token请求正常，请求API是报错这个
Bearer was not authenticated. Failure message: IDX10206: Unable to validate audience. The 'audiences' parameter is empty.

使用OpenIddict请求token必须带上scope，加上scope后成功登录
username: admin
password: 1q2w3E*
client_id: basic-web
grant_type: password
scope: WebAppGateway BaseService
