It's just a redirect to the original site, without claiming or monetizing, or worse: pretending to be Instagram

There is no copyright on the name Instagram. There is a trademark. There are completely different rules around the two concepts. I am not a lawyer but using the word "instagram" in a link redirecting to Instagram itself seems fine to me.
