Customize scrollbar borders

Had an idea of an option to add a line to the left of the scrollbar to visually separate it from the page more. (Having a custom px amount and color option for it would also be nice.)
Though I dont know if this is actually useful as an idea though since making the scrollbar feel more separate from the page doesnt seem like a meaningful thing to do. But maybe it is for some people.
