CommandError: Multiple users matched given parameters!

After I upgraded docker yesterday and my containers restarted, I've been hit with this error loop in the logs

Not sure what to do to fix

Unset WEBLATE_ADMIN_PASSWORD so that it doesn't try to set a password for your admin user during startup.
