Add 'View As' option to pages to view them as if you were a different user.

This could maybe hook into the MeQuery to make it as realistic as possible.

Firstly, simply viewing as a logged-in user and a non-logged-in user would be the priority. Then, we can add in viewing as specific users or groups.
