Improve FormattedText propery and Text component

Using rich text is nice as it provides live viewing. But the drawback is that it's not very intuitive and naturally I prefer markdown.

Due to there not being any live-preview markdown editors as far as I am aware, initially, we will want to have the raw text be shown on focus, and then the rendered markdown displayed when the focus is lost.

In the future, we can add live formatting similar to how discord does it.

We may also want to add special markdown rules for displaying users, events etc. so this could justify a custom text editor.
