触摸倍率 Slider 最大值应大于 1

我在淘宝买了个红外触摸框，发现只有触摸倍率调到 1 以上时，笔尾与手背擦除才能正常工作。而现有的 Slider 最大值为 1。

设置项合并

将 "特殊屏幕模式" 设置项与 "触摸倍率" 设置项合并。因为当触摸倍率为 1 时，效果与特殊屏幕模式关闭时相同。
