I am using Neural-ParsCit as candidate of Reference Extraction Evaluation. Where can I get the ready (Default) vector file for this?
As I do not have any intention to create any on my own. Thanks

Thanks for your issue. As per the previous communications on this issue, the current vector file is still unretrievable from our server. You may want to consider the alternative from as mentioned by @kylase . Sorry for the inconvenience.
