Open external links in new tab

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Clicking on links such as Author Disambiguator for curation opens the link in the same tab. Opening in a new tab would allow easier navigation back to the app after the curation is done.

Open all external links in a new tab with target="_blank" attribute in <a> tags.

I rather like that the link is to the same window. In the systems I work on you can right click to open the link in a new window. I suppose that if you are working with a tablet or mobile phone then opening a new window may be more "expected".
