[Opinion] Menu button hover animations are a bit much

This is purely subjective, but to me the experience would be better if the animations while hovering about the buttons were a bit more understated and less overlapping. When moving the cursor across multiple buttons, it's a bit distracting when all the buttons cascadingly trigger their animations.
