[Feature Request] Global pause/resume button

It would be nice to have one point for pause resume all torrents at once without a need to select all of them with Ctrl+A(btw it is not documented feature, I know about it because read some vuetorrent code and found this) and click pause or resume button
Sometimes I find myself testing some throughput and need to pause all torrents and it is a little bit inconvenient.
