Display readme.txt / readme.md of templates/modules in BE #499

The BE should detect if a readme.txt / readme.md file is included into a template / module directory, and , if so, should display its countents or at least a link to it together with the data from info.php in the Add-Ons > Modules > Details / Add-Ons > Templates > Details section.

A Markdown Reader was implemented for WBCE 1.6.0 (see /include/MarkdownReader/ directory) and will be integrated more fully with Addons in one of the upcoming versions of WBCE.
