Verify "terms of use" is correct for all offers #116

1. Cluster offer uses standard terms. Is this correct?

2. Make it so "Terms of use" for all offers in Partner Center is plain text, not HTML

When a user deploys one of our offers from the Azure Marketplace, they are presented with a link to review the terms of use, as shown here.

Here is an example of such a link. Clicking this link shows the text provided in the Terms and conditions text in the Partner Center, as shown here.

As you can see, this text should not be HTML.

To fix this issue, the assignee must go through each of the following offers in Partner Center and remove the HTML from the Terms and conditions text field and re-publish the offers.

Hi @edburns do you have experience that would suggest the standard terms are not what should be being used? The terms seem to cover the use of the Azure Cloud. In the provisioning step, the user is asked to accept the License terms for WebSphere. This seems to cover both bases, but I'm no expert. If you have reason to be concerned, I can definitely look into it.
