[Feature Request]: Support subcategories

Description

As of qBittorrent 4.6.0, WEBUI now properly displays subcategories. VueTorrent is currently missing the options to enable/disable it in Settings > Downloads as well as incorrectly displaying and filtering them.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Add ability to change the subcategory settings
2. Subcategories in the filter should be organized as subfolders which can be collapsed or expanded.
3. When the a parent category is selected, it should include all subcategories. (Would be nice if you can also only show what's in the parent)
