[Feature Request]: add ability to direclty refresh RSS feeds in the RSS view

Description

In RSS review, provide a button to manually refresh the RSS, rather than the user have to open Settings and refresh there.
This would help, if the user want to test some RSS and does not want to wait for the next auto-refresh.

Same feature provided by the default webUI.
