VS2022 Ctrl+N/Ctrl+P completion fading with Ctrl

Describe the bug
When binding ctrl+n/ctrl+p to navigate completions the popup will fade.
This was previously prevented in 2937474 but doesn't seem to work for VS2022

To Reproduce
Hold Ctrl while completion is active, it will fade out

Expected behavior
For the fade behaviour to be disabled

• VsVim version: 2.10.0.6
• Programming Language: (Any)
• Check(Type 'x') any that are installed:

  • Visual Assist
