On a MacBook Pro V4.7 Wallet cannot sync with the network V4.6.5 Wallet syncs the chain, turns on Staking, then a Fork occurs

The time when CoreTeam restarted the SuperNodes, the user community Wallet worked very well,
There is no sign of going to the Fork.

So are the SuperNodes monitoring the network like a dictator?
