Hide navbar on scroll down and appear on scroll up

No its not a problem. I tried to enhancing the way navbar show to user.

Thoughts of the projects

I want to hide the navigation bar when user scroll down in an animated way and appear when user scroll up. By adding this little features, user can have more viewable area of the website content.

Additional context

1. The navigation bar hide when user scroll down.
2. The navigation bar appear when user scroll up.
