Edit/create examples for the README

suggestion (blocking): I think this example belongs under the Posting a New Technical Task Challenge section. We'll need to change this wording a bit as well after we decide how we're going to organize the files. I think this section should definitely have a corresponding example for someone who wants to complete a challenge.
