Could you provide an example in the documentation of how to use SQL cells?

Hey @ferortega , I would be happy to provide some SQL-related examples if they relate to the docker image, such as installing packages. It seems like you're more interested in using SQL cells though, which might be a better question for the guys at Polynote themselves. This is actually an unofficial docker image, as they haven't provided an official one yet. Here is a link to the official Polynote repository.

I just took a look at their official documentation as well, and don't see any examples for SQL. I would be very interested in this as well though, so I'll leave this issue open temporarily.

Let me know if that makes sense @ferortega , sorry that I can't help with the official documentation but I'd be happy to answer questions regarding docker or this image.

Hey @Vilos92, thank you for your quick response. Documentation of Polynote is still too poor and, as you remark, there is not any example about how to use SQL cells. It seems that these cells are executing SQL over Spark. I will investigate about it.

@ferortega Thank you! If there are changes I can make to this Dockerfile to make that easier, I'll happily include them.
