Stop Vienna from Sorting Folders on the Left Panel

Describe the bug
Usually, I never had any issue with Vienna for more than 15+ years. But, this time, it's really annoying.
Vienna always auto-sorts my folders in the alphabetical order on the left panel, although I set it manually. I do not want it to do that. Is there any way to force Vienna not to auto-sort folders on the left panel. I just want it to leave my manual sort alone.

It seems like Vienna reverts back to auto-sort after I set it manually.

To Reproduce
Actually, I don't know how to reproduce it, because it happens the second time, and seems to do it a whim.

This happens to me as well - very annoying. Have to either restore from Time Machine or re-import from my subscription export.

It did it again. Switching back to previous version (and will no longer update this app)
