Update how the UI generates group JSON files #13

The python code failed via pydantic validation due to props missing in the Groups features prop.

E   pydantic.error_wrappers.ValidationError: 2 validation errors for Group
E   features -> oIVHzosp0ao3HN0fmFwwr -> GradualFeature -> seed
E     field required (type=value_error.missing)
E   features -> -T2se1u9jyj1HNkbJ9Cdr -> GradualFeature -> seed
E     field required (type=value_error.missing)

We need to make sure the UI/App generates JSON that will pass all language validation.
