resilience lang id not working

Hello, I was making a few lang changes for something and when I tried changing the "effect.quark.resilience" it just didn't work at all, I know the resource pack I'm making works because I made more changes to both textures and language from quark that work without any problem, but for some reason I can't change the name of the resilience effect
