  • Opted into SteamOS beta?: Yes

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

On the deck, none of the glyps that Magicka 2 is supposed to pull from Steam work. Here's a couple of example images

On the other hand if I use a Steam Controller, the glyphs show up:
20240420223452_1

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Open Magicka 2 on the Deck

Result:

None of the glyphs show up properly

Expected:

Correct glyphs based on the ones set in Steam Input should be shown

Hello @Managor, the Steam Deck verification entry makes this game default to Proton on the Steam Deck, and we're tracking issues with games run with Proton in the Proton issue tracker, so I've transferred this issue report to that issue tracker. It looks like this is not a recent issue or a regression based on the non_deck_display_glyphs note in the 2022 Steam Deck verification entry.

For that game, yes, it makes sense.
