about vscode settings.json autosave

When I start VS Code and open a directory, it always prompts me to save settings.json.

I'm not sure if there have been any changes in the plugin's saving mechanism, but at least I didn't encounter this situation before enabling the plugin. I've tried a few ways to save, but none of them worked well.
