I use bits and pieces from other other people so hard to make a license that is covered. But this is open source for the work.

Yeah I did the binary text to form convertor. I was working with Dodi to get the original source code of the VB 1/2/3 decompiler.
But, he wanted to be add support for custom controls and never got to it.
