What are the suggested changes?

Ground controllers (except at EGLL) and Delivery controllers do not currently get the benefit of automatic owned airport selection and have to manually select their airport each time they log in. Also, unless the option shown below is de-selected, airport ownership is reset when a controller logs on above.

Suggest adding Ownership for Ground and Delivery positions to the appropriate airports to enable users to leave that setting ticked and not have to get their airport automatically selected.
